Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email within 48 hours. Please attention your email.

Processing time:

Occasion Dress: Within 10-20 business days (May-Dec)

Occasion Dress: Within 15-30 business days (January-April)

Wedding dress: 15-25 working days (May to December)

Wedding dress: 20-40 working days (January to April)

 Shipping costs and Shipping Time
Standard shipping:Shipping Fee is $35, shipping method is UPS /USPS /TNT, shipping time is 15-20 business days
Rush Order ShippingShipping Fee is $65, shipping method: Fedex / DHL, shipping time 7-15 business days
(If your order contains multiple items, they will be shipped together)

Note: The shipping fee is prepaid before shipping, so there will be no extra fee, please note that some countries, there will be customs duties, this tax should be paid by the buyer, in order to save your cost, we usually write less on the invoice price.
If you find that the package is damaged, please refuse to sign and contact us at the first time, we will help you solve all problems.

Shipping Guide

To better communicate with you, please provide a valid email address and check your email for any updates after your purchase. Once you place an order, we will contact you via email to confirm your order. If your billing address is a PO Box then you must provide us with your physical address via email.

How to track an order?

Shipping information - tracking number, shipping method, etc. can be found in My Orders. Please log in directly to your ShinyDress account and view My Orders.
If you have a tracking number or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package through the carrier's website.

We have partnered with several reputable shipping companies for the destinations we serve, including DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx, USPS and more. Whenever an order ships, we will send you a tracking number so you can track the status.

Apo / FPO / DPO shipments

Sorry P.O. mailboxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. Please leave a message to place an order in the US region. For example, if you're in Guam, Puerto Rico, you can specify Guam, Puerto Rico in the country section of your order. Customers from Brazil please message us with your 11 CPF.

Note: If you choose regular delivery, your package will be delivered one time directly to your home, or to your local post office. You will then need to bring your tracking number and your personal ID to collect your items. We will notify you as soon as your package is dispatched.

Please note that you may not be able to track every shipment notification email received within the previous 24-48 hours. If after 48 hours you are still unable to track your order, please contact us. our email:
