Most of the countries we ship to have regular, standard and fast shipping services. After entering the ship to address, you will see the available delivery services.
Regular transportation and all express transportation services have tracking services. You can see your package delivery information and tracking number in the ShinyDress account so you can follow its journey: just log in to your account and view the information in my order.
When destination and delivery service are selected, the checkout page will automatically calculate the freight.
Our carrier delivers work during normal business hours and may need to sign the receipt, so we suggest that your order should be delivered to an address where someone can receive it.
Your order will be sent by the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
Once your order arrives in your country, it will be delivered to the internal postal service according to standard delivery procedures.
Please note that no delivery will be made on any public holiday dates in your country. In this case, please wait for your order to arrive on the next working day.
How to track orders?
Shipment information - tracking number, shipment method, etc. can be found in my order. Please log directly into your ShinyDress account and check my order.
If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package through the carrier's website.
We have partnered with a number of reputable shipping companies for the destinations we service including DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx, USPS and so on. Whenever the order dispatches, we will send you track number so you can follow the status.

Please note that you may not be able to track each shipment notification email you receive for the first 24-48 hours. If 48 hours have passed and you are still unable to track your order, please contact us.

Considering the expected delivery date, the delivery method you choose and the processing time (the time required to make the dress), we can estimate the delivery date. ShinyDress, thank you for your understanding!

Receiving time (the time required for you to successfully receive the order after you place the order) = processing time （ Within 15-30 Business Days） (From Jan to April) + shipping time (about 4-7 working days)
Receiving time (the time required for you to successfully receive the order after you place the order) = processing time （Within 10-20 Business Days） (From May to Dec) + shipping time (about 4-10 working days)

Special Estimated Delivery Time For Rush Order:
Rush order: within 15 workding days please add $30.00 , this cost is paid for prior shipping and sewers who would like to work extra time to finish this dress.
After you place an order on our website, ShinyDress will do her best to prepare the product as soon as possible. We will send you the goods by the date you require. But we can't guarantee you exactly how long it will take to get there. No matter what the situation is, we will send the goods to you before the delivery time, and try our best to negotiate with the relevant shipping companies, taking you as the priority.
How to get my item faster?

Shorten the time to make your dress by selecting the urgentorder. The cost is $30.00 .You can choose the rush order option when you order it from us.
My order has not arrived yet. What's wrong?
If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, we will help.
Does your order have special date requirements? Has this date passed? Did you choose an expedited order?
I paid for expedited shipping, but I'm in a country that requires customs fees. what should I do?
Considering the interests of our customers, we must send your order by regular mail. Please understand us. Tariffs are beyond our control, so we cannot guarantee that there will be no taxes, nor will we be liable for any. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please determine whether there are tariffs before ordering, so as not to be embarrassed by tariffs.
I'm in urgent need of the ordered products, so I'd like to send them by express mail.
ShinyDress is happy to provide our customers with fast transportation services. However, there are other costs to consider before choosing this option. Once the package arrives in the destination country, any customs or import duties will be levied. These charges must be paid by the addressee of the package. Unfortunately, customs policies and import taxes vary greatly from country to country. We can't control these costs or tell you what they are. We recommend that you contact your local customs before placing an order to understand the current charges so that you are not surprised by the unexpected charges.
Please note: if you choose express, please remember to leave your contact number; this is necessary for express.
Who is responsible for tariffs?
The receiving party / buyer is responsible for any customs fees that may be charged at the time of delivery. How much duty is levied depends on the customs policy of each country.
About apo / FPO / DPO shipment
Sorry, PO box and military address (APO, FPO) could not be delivered. For the U.S. region, please leave a message when you place an order. For example, if you are in Guam, Puerto Rico, you can state Guam, Puerto Rico in the country section. Customers from Brazil should leave a message to provide us with your 11 CPF, because your customers need it.
Note: if you choose regular delivery, your package will be delivered directly to your home only once, or will be sent to your local post office. Then you need to bring your tracking number and your personal ID card to collect your items. We'll let you know as soon as your parcel is sent.
What happens if I'm not here when the order arrives?
If you are not present when the package arrives, the carrier will leave a card or call to tell you where it is. It can be in a safe place, or a card detailing how to pick up or reschedule a shipment.
